On September 5-6, a facilitation session was held at S. Utebayev Atyrau Oil and Gas University, focused on developing technological tasks for JSC "Embamunaigas," one of the largest assets of JSC NC "KazMunayGas."
"Embamunaigas" operates 35 fields, contributing significantly to the country's oil and gas production. As part of the event, participants were introduced to the scientific research activities and laboratory facilities of Atyrau Oil and Gas University, as well as the Atyrau branch of "KMG Engineering."
In line with the policy of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, aimed at revising approaches to task setting and prioritizing for science, scientific-innovation hackathons are actively held. These events are designed to address the practical challenges of industrial enterprises and play a crucial role in creating technological solutions for businesses.
The primary goal of the session was to discuss current challenges and the development prospects of the company. Scientists and experts shared their views on the state of the oil and gas industry, highlighting key problems and proposing solutions. The session resulted in the formation of several technological tasks and projects aimed at their practical implementation.
